Anxiety was making it hard for me to do some things. I would get quickly overwhelmed, shut down, and avoid doing the thing that was setting me off. And then they would snowball into bigger messes causing more shutdown. With these tools, now the things that made me shut down before are not creating that same response. Hurray!
